Moira Henrich
Physiotherapy
Moira is physiotherapist who has considerable experience, having worked with children for nearly 10 years, both nationally and internationally. She works with children in the hospital, community, school and home settings and is a strong believer in family-centred practice.
She trained at the Royal Children’s Hospital and currently works at the Angliss Hospital where she manages a busy paediatric physiotherapy outpatient clinic, catering to all ages, from birth to adolescence. She also has a teaching role for junior physiotherapists and final year undergraduate students.
Moira has special interests in early childhood development, particularly from birth to two years of age and in the specialty area of Paediatric Orthopaedics. She has completed a post-graduate degree at the University of Melbourne and The Royal Children's Hospital in Paediatric Orthopaedics, which encompassed the management of children presenting with spinal curvatures, hip dysplasia, postural variations, toe-walking, in-toeing, knocked knees and bowed legs, flat feet and talipes, soft tissue injuries and fracture rehabilitation..
