Lena has worked as a registered Psychologist since 2011 with training in child and adolescent mental health. She loves engaging with children, adolescence, adults and individuals with special needs. She has worked in a variety of public and private settings including schools, hospitals, government organisations, assessment and counselling centres and clinical private practice. Majority of her work is focussed on working with families, Autism assessments, ADHD assessments, Anxiety, Cognitive assessments, behavioural, social and emotional difficulties in children and adolescents and children coping with parent separation.
Lena is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She is able to provide services under Medicare, NDIS Self-Managed Plans and private healthcare.
Lena is an advocate for mental health issues and is passionate about addressing stigmas surrounding mental health. She believes that every person should be given the opportunity to thrive in their environment. Being a mum of three children has helped her understand some of the challenges families experience today. Lena loves coffee, chocolates and croissants, spending time with her family, reading to her children and watching Netflix when her kids are in bed.
